School Bluefin

School Bluefin Tuna or Atlantic Bluefin Tuna are fish that are not considered to be Giant Bluefin Tuna,  yet.   As named, these fish travel in large schools and are extremely aggressive.  Multiple hookups are very common when we get on a school.   

Like the Giant Bluefin, Atlantic Bluefin are coveted for their sushi quality meat.   Great care is taken when Tuna is brought into the boat so as to not damage the fish in any way.
